Perky Grinders, nestled in Runcorn, is a delightful coffee shop that captures the essence of community and comfort. Customers rave about its fantastic value, with breakfast options priced at just £5 and coffee for £2, making it an affordable choice for everyone. Mel Saunder describes it as "a lovely gem," highlighting the warm atmosphere created by friendly, grateful staff who make every visit a joy.
The menu is filled with tempting choices, like the Veggie breakfast featuring halloumi, as noted by Chris Lowry, who assures us he'll be back for more. Quick service and quality are emphasized by Andy Sillence, who enjoyed a proper breakfast served fast, perfect for busy mornings.
Del Phillips recalls the opening day, praising the "really nice coffee" and delicious sausage on toast. The friendly vibe makes Perky Grinders not just a stop for food, but a welcoming spot for friends and families alike. Julie Whittaker's experience with a refreshing iced latte during a meeting further reflects the cafe's ability to cater to various needs, from a casual coffee break to a hearty breakfast.
With great food, prices, and a cheerful ambiance, Perky Grinders exemplifies what a local café should be. Supporting this business is not just about grabbing a coffee; it's about being part of a vibrant community experience.

Absolutely lovely gem of a place. Breakfast for a fiver and a brew for two quid. Great value for money. Just goes to show it can be done. We had a lovely warm welcome and all the staff were happy and jolly and grateful to their customers. Keep it up you guys, this is what the public want

Nice cafe. Good prices, friendly service. Only suggestion I would make is to sell ground coffee: Perky Grinders makes it sound like you'd be a roasters/coffee sales alongside cafe service. I will be back because your Veggie breakfast includes Halloumi and looks like a very decent option!

Perky grinders, Lovely welcoming, smiles by all staff, food was lovely. Even the chef wasn't happy with how my egg came out so she made me another. Lovely vibes all round. Definitely coming here again.

Went in today for the first time. I had a large breakfast and a black coffee. It was beautifully cooked and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the first full English I've had since my beloved wife passed away last year. The place is clean, comfortable warm and friendly. Highly recommended and ill be back!
